Carrot-Apple Smoothie: Blend 1 cup each carrot juice and apple juice with 1 1/2 cups ice.
Spa Cucumber Smoothie: Peel, seed and chop 2 medium cucumbers. Blend with the juice of 1 lime, 1/2 cup water, 1 cup ice, and 3 to 4 tablespoons honey.
Kiwi-StrawberrySmoothie: Blend 1 cup strawberries, 2 peeled kiwis, 2 tablespoons honey and 2 cups ice.
Banana-Date-Lime Smoothie: Blend 2 bananas, 3/4 cup chopped pitted dates, the juice of 1 lime and 1 1/2 cups each soy milk and ice.
Pineapple Coconut Smoothie: Freeze about 2 cups coconut water in 1 or 2 ice-cube trays. Blend 2 cups each chopped pineapple and coconut ice cubes, 1 1/2 tablespoons lime juice, 1 tablespoon honey, and 1/2 cup coconut water.
